When you arrive, please pull in the driveway and under the porte cochere’, offload any luggage, and ring the door bell at the porte cochere’ entrance. Free off street parking is available behind the building. From St. Louis Lambert International Airport . . . Take I 70 East, to I 170, North 5 miles. Bear right onto the on ramp to I 270 heading East 5.5 miles. Turn North on Route 367 Lewis and Clark Blvd. Follow Lewis and Clark Blvd 11 miles over two bridges until it dead ends into Landmark Blvd. Note Lewis and Clark Blvd changes from Route 367 to U.S. 67 at Lindbergh. Turn left west on Landmark Blvd two blocks to Henry Street. Turn right north or away from the river on Henry Street to East 12th Street. Turn left west on East 12th Street two blocks to 407. The BEALL MANSION is the last home in the second block on the left side of the street on the southeast corner of East 12th and George. From Illinois I 55 . . . Take the Hamel exit, Hwy 140 West ‘to Alton’. Note Hwy 140 becomes College and College becomes 20th Street. From 20th Street turn left south on Alby eight blocks. Turn left east on East 12th Street three blocks. The BEALL MANSION is located on the right southeast corner of East 12th and George. |

All Other Rates a holiday weekends and special event dates- 100 PCT of stay incl. tax, b other dates- the greater of 1 night, or 50 PCT of stay. CANCELLATIONS- a cancellation number MUST be obtained if you cancel or change dates of reservation. Svcs. provided by a 3rd party may not be cancellable. Discount Web Rate – cancellation, change or modification of reservation- penalty 100 PCT of stay. NO refunds/credits. Corporate and Government Rate – Sun.-Thur. night stays cancel by 12-00 noon 1 day prior to sched. arrival- penalty 35 per room. After 12-00 noon 1 day prior- penalty 1 night stay. Corporate and Government Rate Fri and Sat night stays, and Standard Every Day, Unrestricted and Extended Stay Rates all nights – cancel or change dates by 4-00 PM CT 28 days prior to sched. arrival- penalty 35 per room. Cancel or change dates less than 28 days prior- penalty 100 PCT of stay and a room credit will be provided for a future Sun.-Thus. night stay, excl. holiday weekends and blackout dates, good 1 year.
