Guests at Galena's Steamboat House will find an inn filled with history and charm. Come enjoy this fine home which once hosted famous guests such as General Ulysses S. Grant and Susan B. Anthony. The mansion has been accurately restored and renovated, and is virtually a destination in itself. An outstanding 3-course breakfast is served daily. Wine and cheese are served informally in the main parlor on weekends. Weekdays, enjoy a homemade dessert treat in the upstairs parlor. All guestrooms have a fireplace, private bath, cable TV, DVD/VCR, and queen size bed. Rooms are furnished with heirloom antiques, including historic photographs, certificates and original artwork.
