Guarantee Policy Your room will be held until 4PM hotel time on your scheduled arrival date. If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation by cancellation deadline, your credit card will be charged 1 night’s stay plus tax. YOUR PET IS WELCOME – Only after you have read our pet policy and paid a minimal pet cleaning fee. You are welcome to bring your pet but you must declare when checking in. Not all rooms accommodate pets. There is a fee of 15.00 USD for the first night and 5.00 USD per night thereafter. You must follow our pet policy - Never leave your pet unattended at any time in the room or vehicle or on property. - Do not leave your pet to roam our neighbor’s yards. - Do not let your pet on the bedding or furniture. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is broken. - If your pet is dirty, please wipe it down before it enters the room. Old clean towels provided on check-in. We also provide old clean rugs for your pet to lie on. - Do not let your pet disturb other guests in any way. We will expel dogs that bark and disturb others. - Please clean up after your pet. You are responsible for any damage your pet may cause. - Guest sneaking in pets will be evicted without any refund. |
